This is what I get to eat

No wonder I am loosing weight! Here is an idea of what my special eating

plan entails. Soup. Salad. Fruit. Yogurt. Water. More water and lots of bathroom stops!


  1. Ummmmmmmmm.....yum???? Well, it IS healthy! And although I'm not doing anything like that....I AM getting better at saying no to sugar!!!
