Another dinner made in my rice cooker.

This is so easy... Add leftover Southwest Chicken, add the Skillet
Burrito mix, add a can of tomatoes and some water and dinner is
cooking. I am also using leftover chicken and whipping up some white
bean chili for tomorrow. Since I am on the Jenny Craig diet it has
been so helpful to have some healthy meals all cooked and in the
fridge for the rest of the family.
