Menu Plan Monday

Meals for the week:

Spaghetti w/ Spaghetti sauce made with cage free lean ground turkey from Trader Joes and seasoned with Homemade Gourmet Garlic Basil Seasoning.
Tuesday: Wild Salmon seasoned with Garlic Lemon seasoning and Organic olive oil
Wednesday: Subway (church)
Thursday:  Free Range Organic Chicken legs (Trader Joes) seasoned with Chipotle seasoning from Homemade Gourmet.
Friday: Homemade Gourmet Taco Soup made with lean organic ground beef from Trader Joes.
Saturday: Rice with Orange Chicken and Noodles (frozen Trader Joes)
Sunday: Chicken Spaghetti  using leftover Homemade Gourmet Grandmother's Sunday Roast Chicken from the freezer.
