Dream Spaghetti

I wanted to share one of my favorite kid friendly recipes with you. My 7 year old helped me assemble this awesome spaghetti casserole. It is super easy and makes enough to feed several people. It's a great recipe for yummy leftovers. I love eating this for lunch the next day because you can open the fridge and cut yourself out a piece straight from the pan.  Microwave your tasty little square of pasta for a couple of minutes insert fork...and eat it up.  Give it a try. It's a perfect one for church potlucks or feeding your youth staff when they are over at your house.

Ingredients for Dream Spaghetti

1  8-ounce package angel hair pasta
1  16-ounce carton cottage cheese
1  8-ounce container sour cream
1   jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
1  pound ground beef
2  cups shredded mozzarella cheese
   non-stick cooking spray

Directions
