No more pizza meal idea for busy women in youth ministry.

Easiest Stir Fry EVER that is LOW on Weight Watcher Points too!
I am guessing you are also sick of eating out and having pizza way too often in youth ministry. Here is one of my favorite super easy one minute meal ideas (prep takes 60 seconds or less).  First, take leftover chicken (about 3-4 cups) that has already been cut into bite size pieces. Add chicken to freezer bag and add a bottle of Terryaki marinade. I used the whole bottle, but you can use less depending on how much chicken you have. Stir the chicken around in the bag with the marinade and add about 3-4 cups of your favorite frozen stir fry veggies. I just eyeball it until I have the perfect chicken to veggie ratio. Close the ziploc bag and use your hands to 'smoosh' the marinade all around the chicken and veggies. That's it!

Label the bag with a permanent marker and put it in the freezer. You will have a quick and easy meal for another day. To cook, just add a few tablespoons of olive oil to a stir fry pan (or large pan that you can stir everything around in evenly), add the contents of the ziploc bag and heat through until warm. Serve with some rice and frozen egg rolls.  While I had the big Costco size stir fry veggies out, I bagged extra into a Ziploc microwave steamer bag for an additional side dish for another meal. Much more cost efficient than buying all the prepackaged frozen veggie steamers.
Make a delicious stir fry from leftover chicken.
Got extra stir fry veggies? Bag them up in a steamer bag for
an inexpensive side dish to toss in the microwave for an additional meal.
